The Yong Pung How School of Law is one of the seven schools of the Singapore Management University. It is a vibrant community of scholars, educators and learners currently headed by Professor Lee Pey Woan as Dean. Its programme offerings include the LLB, JD, four LLM tracks, and PhD in Law, Commerce and Technology, taught by a team of international faculty distinguished for their impactful legal research. YPHSL also houses leading research centres such as the Centre for Commercial Law in Asia (CCLA), Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA), Centre for AI and Data Governance, and Centre for Computational Law. YPSHL prides itself on a close connection with practice; the SMU Law Academy offers a suite of CPD seminars for legal practitioners, and faculty have regularly appeared as amicus before the Singapore courts.
